DATA MANAGEMENT, TRAINING & CAPACITY BUILDING EXPERT

Saqib Anwar holds Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA Finance) from the Institute of Management Sciences Peshawar. He did his BS in Computer Science His research was on “Impact of working capital management on profitability (Cement Sector of Pakistan). Saqib Anwar is a mid level professional with seven years of experience in private and social sector. He began his professional career in 2010 and soon he joined International Rescue Committee (IRC) as Data Management Assistant. During his career at IRC, he worked in several projects including Livelihood, CBLP, Protection Family Abortion and Post Abortion a Care Program. These projects were funded by USAID, DFID, ECHO, UNHCR and Suzan Buffett Foundation. Lately he served IRC in the capacity of Program Data Reporting Officer. He is experienced in Data/ Information Management, Analysis, Reporting, Training and Capacity Building of staff.  Development of training material and Training Arrangements, Development of Data Tools and Technical Report Writing, Roll out and Complete Implementation of Web and Mobile based MIS called DHIS-2/COMET. Saqib Anwar conducted surveys like client exit interviews, KAP survey and Facility Assessment Survey. He also worked on several linguistic and data collection/ management projects with Appen Butler Hill an Australian company listed in top hundred companies offering telecommuting jobs by Forbes. Besides he has experience of working online workplaces namely Freelancer.com, UpWork and Fiver. He is proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, and SPSS. He is an exceptional trainer and possess highly effective communication and presentation skills.
