Muhammad Tayyab Iftikhar has diverse experience over 10 years ranging from general management, strategic planning, operations, and business development. For the last 5 years he is providing his services to LUMS (Lahore University for Management Sciences) as a Program Manager. As a vital member of the founding team he established a world class school of education at LUMS. His role at LUMS involves financial planning and budgeting, HR, operations, and strategic projects.Tayyab has a rich experience of working in both private and public sector organization inPakistan as well Saudi Arabia. Tayyab’s work history includes working with big and reputable brands like LUMS, Bayer, Government of Punjab, Parametric Technology Corporation, Edible Arrangements and Hyundai Elevators. His past roles have included, setting up the Business Development departments, setting department/role KPIs, defining sales and marketing strategy, team training and motivation. He has extensive experience in conducting market research, business analysis, hunting and prospecting potential customers, devising business plans and new market development plans, technical and commercial negotiations with CXO levels, consultative selling and handling call center operations and after-sales services. He resides in Lahore;with his wife and 2 kids. He holds degrees in Computer science from NUCES Lahore campus and an MBA from LUMS.
